We are looking for a Sales Training Manager that will be responsible for ensuring quality deployment of Apple sales trainings and manage the related content and trainer readiness in the CEE region, in support of the country and regional strategy, as well as EMEIA and worldwide guidelines and requirements. The role will report to the CEE Training and Contracts Manager and will collaborate closely with a CEE Training and Contracts Specialist, EMEIA training organisation, the external Managed Service Provider and the CEE sales & advocacy teams. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Passion for sales training, staff development and providing a premium consumer experience Solid organisational skills to deliver timely training support across all routes to markets Excellent Team work and collaboration skills across multiple teams Working experience with Apple systems and collaborative tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Great attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, additional CEE languages are a bonus. Familiarity with critical metrics in Training, Sales and Field Sales, Interpreting POS Mystery Shopping results Understanding of Training needs for Sales Staff in line with Apple Sales strategy Experience or high interest in various learning tools and platforms Description Description Support the CEE Training and Contracts Manager to drive, monitor and report on the annual and quarterly training plans and secure efficient use of training resources Support the team to ensure smooth scheduling and organisation of training events in the region Deliver solutions to fulfill learning objectives and align with business and learning program priorities Liaise with country teams to understand their learning needs and offer effective standard training solutions Responsibility for quality assurance and project management of all types of regional Apple sales training / learning activities and compliance with EMEIA and worldwide guidelines Implement and optimise learning processes, using Apple best practices Support timely and efficient training readiness for new product and course introductions and manage related files, tools, surveys, reports and other resources Collect from and cascade key training-related information to local sales training teams and key partners, as needed Coordinate activities with the Managed Service Partner (MSP) to secure training operations, proper trainer coverage, trainer and content readiness and discussing KPI’s and sharing feedback with EMEIA Sales Training Maintain deep understanding of all sales training materials provided by Apple and advise on matching them with identified training needs and partnering with EMEIA Sales Training to understand content pipeline whilst also sharing feedback from CEE to EMEIA team Synchronise training activities with the related advocacy (AEP) initiatives Coordinate with field teams on successful roll out of comprehensive training solutions to support POS readiness Implement key measures around training deployment, learner engagement, training feedback, quality of delivery, competency levels, knowledge retention and behavior changes Education & Experience Education & Experience BA/BS or proven success in training and / or sales roles is required Additional Requirements Additional Requirements
