Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required: Cross functional team leadership Process flow analysis Project roadmap IT & Business strategy Business Planning Analytic Reporting VBA / SQL Presentation Skills Product/Project Strategy Business Case Development Description Description APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Manage regional projects from an operations point of view, and lead a conceptualization, design, development, and implementation of the solutions. Leverage business and systems knowledge to perform the required analysis, evaluation, testing, documentation, implementation, and support to successfully satisfy business needs. Lead and implement change management initiatives, influencing decisions through collaborations, leadership and a customer-focused approach. Provide functional subject matter expertise and technical leadership around business systems and processes. Responsible for custom web application development and Tableau dashboard Solutions. Develop and maintain key project governance documentation. Gather, synthesize and document business requirements, process flow, and design specifications to enable internal and external technical development. Facilitate project-related test plan development, cutover, knowledge transfer, and post-mortem activities. Assess gaps between current systems/processes and business needs, develop multi-year roadmaps to address gaps. Provide timely, relevant communication and elevate critical risks to project management and senior-executive teams. Act as a liaison between global business teams, internal teams, and supply chain partners to ensure that business requirements are complete. International Travel required 5%. 40 hours/week.
