Key Qualifications Key Qualifications - Broad and in-depth knowledge of multidisciplinary physics - Experience with physical system analysis and simulation techniques like the finite element method - Candidate must have a proven track record of creativity and achievements in the form of published academic papers or meaningful projects - Passion and drive for quickly learning new subjects and tools in a rapidly evolving project environment is a must - Great oral and written communication skills - Knowledge of microelectronic and MEMS fabrication processes is a plus - In-depth knowledge of electronics and electronic lab-work experience is a plus Description Description The candidate will be involved in the development of new hardware and operation modalities for solving a longstanding technological challenge. Using various analysis and simulation techniques and tools, they will help build models of the system components and optimize their structure and operation scheme to improve the end to end system performance. Because of the rapid project pace, the candidate should be comfortable performing well in the face of ambiguities in the project and should use their creativity to help steer it towards a better path. In addition, enthusiasm and motivation to learn about new fields and techniques is highly valued in this role. Ability to work both as part of a team and individually to tackle deep technical issues is a must. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900 and $208,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
