Job Requisition ID #24WD74884Position OverviewYou will build the sales strategy and the sales results for the territory. Orchestrating team effort, using partners and increasing sales for the assigned territory through the channel to fulfill customer needs. Plan and lead all sales activities including managing forecasts, building the pipeline and building on policies. Collaborate across organizations and engage appropriate internal resources from Autodesk. Promote a team culture that embraces Autodesk's values. You will report to the Country Director. You will be based in Bogota, Colombia. This is a hybrid work environment.ResponsibilitiesYou will generate incremental new business and maximize existing revenue streamUse a sales CRM to manage the sales pipeline and record information on prospectsCreate a business plan which includes target customer segments, resources, and which solves our needs for the defined TerritoryIncrease sales opportunities with internal Autodesk sales teams, and Autodesk Ecosystem to grow opportunity pipeline within the assigned territoryPlan selling strategies to grow the revenue base and adoption cycle for select product(s) for the defined TerritoryYou will build relationships with customers/partners, and other internal sales teamsDeliver accurate forecasting and pipeline managementEstablish and sustain long-term customer relationshipsYou will help to create proposals that link Autodesk's solution to customer business objectives and quantify outcomesContribute to customer meetings with the account teamWork with partners to generate business and ensure the implementation of company initiativesAssist reseller in developing sales and marketing plans related to Autodesk's industry solutionsCollaborate with marketing team to run/attend events following company growth strategies, become familiar with sales promotions, and provide guidance on business planning on an ongoing basisCollaborate with other internal organizations and coordinate internal resourcesProvide oversight of contracting process and deal financials to ensure that legal agreements are complete, aligned with intent, and following revenue accounting policiesYou will ensure Customer Relationship Management tools and Autodesk methodologies are used to process and track opportunitiesEncourage innovation by exchanging new ideas to improve operation and efficiency within sales and the supporting organizationsBe a representative of Autodesk and give presentations to client groupsDetermine positioning, identify our requirements, and utilize relevant forums and associations to increase awareness of assigned product(s)Minimum QualificationsUniversity Degree preferable7+ years of experience in a related work environmentDemonstrated field sales experience at an Enterprise software/SaaS organizationDemonstrated experience in sales processes and selling methodologiesBilingual or Native Proficiency in both Spanish and EnglishManage difficult situations while remaining upbeat and positive#LI-POST#LI-SV1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
