Job Requisition ID #23WD74495Position OverviewAs an Intern in Autodesk's Legal, Government Affairs and Public Policy group ("LGAPP"), you will work on projects that will give you practical in-house experience within our global team. You will contribute to meaningful projects, work with industry leaders, and participate in tech talks and other activities to support your personal and professional growth. You will work on various issues that impact a publicly-traded global software company.ResponsibilitiesResearch legal issues relating to current business need, including cloud offerings, artificial intelligence, privacy, e-commerce, and software sales modelsDevelop and present recommendations on legal issues to LGAPP and business colleaguesAnalyze technology trends and legal practices, and conduct benchmarking analysesDraft various agreements, including NDAs, consulting services agreements, sponsorship agreements, and licensing agreementsMinimum QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a JD degree program at an ABA-accredited law schoolInterest in gaining in-house experienceInterest in intellectual property, product development, M&A, e-commerce, compliance, privacy, commercial transactions, litigation, licensing, and marketingApplication RequirementsTo be considered you must complete the online application AND Legal Internship Pre-screening Form.About the US Legal Intern ProgramOur U.S. Legal Intern program runs for 11 weeks, from May 13 to July 26, 2024.
