The Contracts Operations Team in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) requires a self-motivated and dynamic individual to join the Team as a Contracts Manager. A SailPoint Contracts Manager is responsible for all customer and partner-facing contract negotiations, and the Contracts Manager will use techniques such as drafting and negotiation to achieve execution of T&Cs in accordance with approved SailPoint policies. This role will be focused on the EMEA region, particularly the countries of UK and Ireland. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to assist in the growth and development of a critical company function in the EMEA regionRoles and responsibilities include:Responding to contract/legal queries In the EMEA regionDrafting, negotiating and concluding (as examples):Software as a Service (SaaS) agreementsSoftware License agreementsData Privacy Agreements (DPA)Schedules/Quotations to CustomersNon-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)Partner/Reseller termsStatements of Work (professional services)Redline reviewInteracting and collaborating with subject matter experts locally (such as local legal counsel) and also in the US (such as technical specialists located at HQ)Support the EMEA Team Analyst to close signed contracts, including:Issuing appropriate paperwork to demonstrate effective deliveryDocument execution in accordance with SailPoint processesCommunication with all relevant internal departmentsMinimum Requirements. Although SailPoint specific training will be given, the candidate is expected to be able to demonstrate the following:Fluent in English5+ years of post-graduate (or other) experience working in a similar role in a Software or Technology company (particularly SaaS)European contract law(s) qualification or certification (or equivalent years’ experience)Proven knowledge of the GDPR (and applicable local data privacy laws)Working knowledge of:SaaS Cloud solution agreementsSoftware licensingConsultancy/professional service agreementsPartner agreementsNDAs/Confidentiality agreementsData PrivacyStrong judgment, attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated teaming ability to work well with, influence, and inform diverse groups, including all levels of seniority, peers, and customers.Ability to facilitate co-ordination of cross-functional teams and provide expert advice for complex matters.Ability to work without supervision.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Salesforce or other Contract Lifecycle/Repository Management system.Able to effectively deal with high-volume, rapid turnaround times, multiple assignments, concurrent deadlines and changing priorities in a high-pressure sales environment and to achieve financially driven deadlines, such as quarter end.Occasional travel within the EMEA region may be required from time to time.Note that Contracts Operations is an Operations function and not a part of SailPoint Legal.
