We need a creative people who can help to manage the test production line (OSAT), sustain the test program, enhance the test yield, improve the test quality.What you'll be doing:Sustain the test program of mature products and released it into the production line successfullyDriving the factory key performance index & metrics measurement for periodic reviewWorking with the subcontractors for continuous process improvementCollaborate the engineering activities with the functional team and the subcontractorManaging the manufacturing, engineering and quality issues on the production lineLeading root cause analysis and corrective action on production issuesIdentifying and fixing manufacturing problemsIdentifying process, material and test program issuesWhat we need to see:Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in an Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science5+ years test or product engineering, IC test programming experiencesFamiliarity with mixed-signal IC test theory and manufacture processBackground with IC test manufacture process including wafer sort and final testBackground with the data analysis and test yield improvementExperience with the production managementWays to stand out from the crowd:Familiarity with the hardware and software in ATE machine (Advantest-93K is plus)Strong communication skills in both English and MandarinSelf-motivated and able to work effectively across different functional teams and subcontractorsGood communication and organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving
