Job Summary:THE JOBWorking closely with a small team in the Reporting Finance department whom are responsible for the reporting and management of the organisation and its subsidiaries financial matters. The team on a day to day basis assist various stakeholders in their decision making from the financial reports and financial data insights produced. This position will work cooperatively as part of the broader Finance team. The role also requires liaison and teamwork with other colleagues in the Finance Department and across the company to ensure individual performance objectives and key tasks are met.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Cash ManagementDaily Bank Reconciliations for TM Australia & New Zealand accounts for all platformsFollow up and Timely clearance of outstanding items.Report on required cash flow for Corp on fortnightly basisPrepare end of month cash transfer for AUNZ entitiesFinancial ReportingMonth end preparation and reportingUpdate & prepare prepayments schedule EOMECommerce Accounting EOMAncillary Ticketing Accounting EOMNon Oracle company TB uploadsPetty Cash reconciliationManage Ticket Stock/Float declarationsPL reporting for various departmentsCost Analysis (from time to time)Final bank reconciliation for all AUNZ entitiesFinal bank client cash offset for all AUNZ entitiesCapex & Fixed Asset RegisterMaintain & update Purchase Order Capex & Opex tracking templatesWorking with IT to identify any outstanding variances and chase up any late supplier invoicesReporting spend and forecasting to International Corporate OfficesAccounts Payable (Support)Concur (Accounting Reviewer role)Concur reporting (flag recharges, reclasses, errors, monthly reporting spend etc)Reviewing EOM TBWeekly supplier payment runs (Support)Weekly employee expense payment runs (Support)All admin invoice codingEOM tasks - collating invoices for accrualsWHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)ReconciliationsTake ownership and independently analyze the reconciliation tasks, maintain a balanced ledger on a daily basis, ensure any outstanding items are cleared promptly and accurately accounted for and have a sound understanding of each ledger account.ReportingMeeting Deadlines and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
