Job Summary:THE TEAMThe Commercial team are responsible for generating all commercial revenue streams for the Ticketmaster business throughout Australia and New Zealand, via both B2B and B2C channels. Within the wider Commercial department, the Ancillary Revenue team is primarily focused on managing the products that drive new revenue through B2C channels.THE JOB The Ancillary Revenue Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Ancillary Revenue team across a range of projects and tasks to help achieve team goals. The Ancillary Revenue Coordinator will be responsible exploring new ancillary revenue opportunities, taking end-to-end ownership of certain existing products and providing administrative support to the wider Ancillary Revenue team.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Provide administration support for Ancillary Revenue team across all key products when requiredResponsible for all administrative functions with regards to B2B and B2C Gift CardsManage the full breadth of Ancillary products such as Resale, Collectibles, Secure Tickets and additional ancillary products that sit within the department.Lead operations internally with regards to Fan-to-Fan ResaleAssist wider Ancillary Revenue team during major onsalesProvide support for key Collector Ticket functions specifically regarding production and fulfilmentParticipate in internal stakeholder meetings to ensure you’re keeping abreast of updates and sharing best practice globallyBe active in exploring new revenue streams by keeping across industry trends globallySupport in preparing fortnightly financial reporting for TM executives that tracks against budget & OKRsCoordinate monthly reporting processes across all products for entire Ancillary Revenue and Commercial Partnerships teams in line with Finance Team requirementsUpdate Sales pipeline in Salesforce weekly to ensure opportunities are recorded and progress is updatedWHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW Proficient at Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerpointExcellent communication skills with strong relationship building skillsOutstanding collaboration skills with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business lines to achieve shared goalsExceptional judgement and solution oriented problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skillsKnowledge of the event ticketing landscape within Australia and New ZealandYOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS) Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced team environmentResults focusedAttention to detailCustomer focused, with the ability to effectively communicate to external clients/customersAbility to take initiative and own this newly created rolePassion for live entertainmentCommitment to quality/process improvement in service deliveryComfortable working in a multi-national, multi-cultural environmentAbility to provide clear and concise support to fellow team membersEQUAL OPPORTUNITIESWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
