The Sales Enablement PMO team within GSE drives enablement for critical global revenue operations and corporate change initiatives to increase revenue and improve field sales team impact.About the RoleThe Director, Enablement PMO role will be responsible for leading a team of change management and project management professionals managing end-to-end enablement for large change initiatives critical to sales growth. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional enablement initiatives across GSE as well as all Global Revenue teams, ensuring flawless execution and maximum impact.Provide leadership to drive strategy, development and execution of sales enablement and change management programs to equip sellers on new products and services, selling motions, go-to-market and transformation initiatives, as well as new mergers and acquisitions Collaborate closely with the Enablement Portfolio Manager, Corporate and Revenue Operations teams to scope, resource and prioritize program roadmap and plansEnsure robust and effective project management and change management methodologies and structure that drive excellence, speed and sales impactEstablish trusted partnerships across Sales Leadership, Sales Strategy & Operations Leaders, and key support teams to secure sponsorship and field input for program strategy and executionProvides consistent “voice of the field” input through direct and Sales leader’s feedback on sales enablement plans, delivery and execution Facilitate regular and transparent project reviews and help guide issue mitigation and resolution, and updates to executive sponsors and leadership teamScope and manage the team priorities to support the right projects at the right time within budget and timelines, and inspire and grow the team to high performanceEnsure program enablement objectives and expected outcomes are clearly defined to support business and field performance improvement, and ensure execution of strategic initiativesPartner with the GSE Data Analytics team to define, understand and assess program impact and metrics, and create regular reports to track and communicate progress to key stakeholdersAbout YouBasic QualificationsMinimum of 12+ years of experience in the B2B SaaS space creating and implementing programs focused on complex change management and sales enablementMinimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required in fields of study including: business administration, computer science, engineering or a related field, or bachelors degree with equivalent work experienceWork with very large and complex Fortune 1000 organization is requiredExperience successfully growing and managing teams with direct and dotted reporting lines is requiredOther QualificationsProven ability to work cross-functionally across sales, presales, services, marketing, product, etc. to align on and drive projects to successful completion Strong project leadership with the ability to manage multiple large and complex projectsProven ability to act/think strategically and see “the big picture”, while being hands on.Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.Ability to deliver results with minimal guidance, short turnaround times, and progress in the face of ambiguityStrong strategy development, teamwork and problem-solving skillsAbility to conduct analyses, interpret results, and effectively communicate insightsStrong people leader skillsPreference given to candidates local to Pleasanton, CA HQ. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
