Your role will center on designing, implementing and operating a Unified Workflow & Cloud Environment Build System, expediting our migration journey and ensuring best practices are applied. Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Workflow and Build Systems:Design, develop, maintain, and support high-quality in-house software build systems for enterprise-class software.Automate build, infrastructure, and software configuration management tasks.Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):Design and maintain automated pipelines to ensure continuous delivery of value to clients.Build/Release Management:Create and maintain automated build/release scripts and plans.Contribution to Public Cloud infrastructure Best Practices:Contribute to ongoing improvements in the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for Public Cloud best practices.Collaboration and Cross-functional Work:Work collaboratively with developer and system architecture teams.Assist in the design and implementation of solutions to enhance stability, security, and scalability.About YouBasic Qualification:Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field or 5+ years of shown expertise in software development with Python or GoLang4 + years experience in cloud engineering, with a deep understanding of AWS or GCP services and offerings.4+ years if proven hands-on experience in CI/CD technologies - eg: Argo CD and Argo Workflow.4 + years of experience in cloud migration and transformation projects, including infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation.Other Qualifications: Understanding of SRE principals, including monitoring, alerting, error budgets, fault analysis, and other common reliability engineering conceptsCloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.Proven experience in Kubernetes and container orchestration is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment#LI-ADD7Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
