You will report to the VP of Digital Marketing and join a well regarded team of innovative and strategic minds.About the RoleThe Senior Director, Global Digital Strategy role is the Digital leader owning all global campaign, platform execution and business growth across North America, EMEA, APAC and Japan. This top-tier leader will implement the Digital GTM in partnership with Sales, Product and Marketing to deliver highly qualified leads, build a solid 1st party audience, and demonstrate direct Digital attribution to ARR and ACV. Champion and support Workday’s Brand efforts to feed awareness and increase share of voice. Optimize digital channels for acquisition and conversion, influence global sales pipeline and profitably lead, build and implement a uniform growth model across regions to impact delivery, accountability, and alignment with the Global Campaign and Field marketing teams. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
