Your potential is waiting; why are you?Job DescriptionJob Title: Core instructorDepartment & Team: Genesys BeyondReports to: Marcus SchweigerLocation:Summary:As a Core Instructor, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the teachingt of technical skills among external clients. You will work closely with the training team to deliver and evaluate training programs that align with the organization's technical requirements. The goal is to enhance the technical proficiency of participants, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet job demands and contribute effectively to the organization.Key Responsibilities:Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for individuals or groups.Utilize various training methodologies, including classroom instruction, workshops, and hands-on exercises.Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.Work closely with other departments to understand their technical training needs.Collaborate with the training team to align technical training programs with overall organizational goals.Minimum Requirements:Fluent in English, Portuguese and ideally SpanishStrong Presentation skillsComputer skills, including Microsoft office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable to speak to crowds Travel may be required - possible up to 35%Desirable Skills:Technical background in SIP Telephony/Cloud telephony/Contact Center technologiesKnowledge of Genesys CloudAbility to prepare materials and sessions, in groups or individuallyTeaching and mentoring experienceExperience of working on a Technical Trainer position or similar roleExperience with virtual training deliveryIf a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
