We are looking for Manager, Sales Support to join our Team in Chennai or Hyderabad. Part of the Global Sales Operations team this role reports to the Director Sales Operations.  This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a global team of sales support specialist and analyst, who are responsible for supporting salespeople with deal progression from lead to order. Passionate about winning and focused on consistent high performance.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments.Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in comparable position including experience in global capacity.Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM system and supporting end-to-end sales process.Bachelor’s degree is required, Degree in Business Management is preferred.Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with salespeople and other support stakeholders at managerial level of the organization.Well versed analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of managing escalations and resolving complex sales issues.What will you be doing in this role? Responsibilities: Supervise and guide team members to help foster a high performance and service-oriented culture within the team.Assign team members to sales support & workflow Task Force groups and ensure active participation through collaboration.Monitor and measure performance of the team in resolution of the assigned cases and drive performance based on agreed upon metrics.Manage creation of documentation and UAT of the various sales business processes supported by the team.Handle any escalations from sales in a timely and transparent manner.Ensure support for sales cycle is progressing in accordance with business objectives by leveraging dashboards and other tools to monitor status on leads, opportunities, and renewals.Optimizes Work Processes- Knows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with focus.Communicates Effectively - Pays attention to sales queries & escalations and perspectives, asks questions, and summarizes to confirm understanding and provide resolution or alternatives.Business Acumen- Interprets and applies key success indicators for sale support to help drive and expedite opportunity to order process for sales.Situational Adaptability – Considers the needs of salespeople, and the organization; shifts priorities appropriately specially during quarter ends when the support volume is higher and urgent.Data Collection and Analysis - Acts as the established expert on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making on team & resource management and operational efficiency.
