We embrace diversity in thought and contribution and are committed to providing an equitable work environment that is foundational to our core values as a company and is vital to our success. Operations Compliance AdvisorJob SummaryAssists with planning, training, and resolving basic non-compliance issues.ResponsibilitiesStandards & Regulatory RequirementsSupports the planning of the standards and regulatory compliance scheduleWorks on ISO 27100 requirementsManagement SystemsInvestigates non-compliance to determine the root cause, circumstances and contributing factorsCoordinates, as needed, to ensure that non-compliance findings are closed in a timely mannerReportingAnalyzes information for input to required reporting formats within appropriate time frameTrainingAssists in analyzing training requirements to ensure that training requirements have been met and assigning training per prescribed training schedule. Maintains information on competencies and certifications that are required for tasks and rolesData Center & Cross-Functional SupportFields communications from data center teams: requests for assistance, questions, reports of non-compliance, etcWith some direction from manager and senior teammates, compiles and communicates responses.
