It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Your day-to-day:• Drive alignment and coordination of Q2O (Quote to Order) initiatives• The PMO will help to optimize the Q2O project prioritization process to ensure teambandwidth is focused on the key business deliverables• Work with functional leaders to ensure the appropriate Core Team resources are committedto the projects and contribute to required performance levels• Leads program planning process ensuring requirements are clear and driven by customerneed and experience• Leads cross-functional teams through problem resolution including root cause analysis andcorrective action• Defines, delegates, and evaluates the roles, responsibilities, goals and deliverables forassigned projects• Communicates program updates to functional management and leadership• Drive the Change Management effort, including the change impact analysis andcommunications• Think big! Find unconventional ways to ensure change is adopted over the long term.What you bring to the team:• 10+ years of project management experience with a proven ability to lead and deliver onstrategic and tactical business objectives• Experience working in a SaaS company preferred• Working experience in the Quote to Order process area• Knowledge of CPQ, and SFDC experience• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments• Demonstrates excellence in both oral and written communication, in cross functional, andcross-cultural environment• Ability to interact with executive leadership, highlight issues and provide options andsolutions for resolution• Fosters collaboration among team members• Experience in business process improvement• Ability to build trusting relationships, credibility, and strong communications skills toinfluence stakeholder, connect partners to improve project decision-making, which drivesbusiness value• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate meetings where you will articulate complex concepts• Change Oriented – works effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapidchange.
