Education Program ManagerDescription -The education sector is undergoing a period of profound change that is catalyzing innovation and transformation. Half of us will need to reskill in the next five years, as the "double-disruption" of the economic impacts of the pandemic and increasing automation transforming jobs takes hold, per a report by the World Economic Forum.The HP commercial organization has curated a suite of capacity building and future skilling programs that address the transformation needs of education stakeholders and ministries, and help create an outcome based selling model; HP IDEA, HP Cambridge EdTech Fellowship, HP Gaming Garage, HP Classeasy, HP Futures and the World Education Medals amongst others.We are now looking for an education evangelist and program management expert to support the growth of the education programs.BriefApplies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
