Spend Management Supply Chain AnalystDescription -This position requires a high analytical and self-driven professional to support the Global Supply Chain Planning Organization in their spend management.Some of the activities that will be performed:Business Reviews with L2 and L3sMonth end close activities (gap analysis, narratives, etc.)Forecasting activities (Short Term and Long-Term Planning) Everyday interaction with Global Supply Chain Planning Organization, Controllership and other finance areas Master data support (creating, maintenance) Digital dashboards developmentThe analyst should be capable to solve complex business issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, also this analyst should contribute to the development of new ideas and methods.May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.Responsibilities: Provides complex financial analysis.Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.Forecasts financial results within a broad scope.Leads business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.Identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts.Education and Experience Required: First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst.Typically experienced in more than one finance function.Knowledge and Skills: High analytical skills.Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area.Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Digital skills).Excellent communication and influencing skills.Superior teamwork skillsStrong business acumen.Job -FinanceSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -NoRelocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
