Supply Chain Spend Management Financial AnalystDescription -This position requires an analytical and self-driven professional to support a Supply Chain Organization in their spend management.The analyst should be capable to solve common and complex business issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, also this analyst should contribute to the development of new ideas and methods.Responsibilities: Business Reviews with L2 and L3s.Month end close activities (gap analysis, narratives, etc.)Forecasting activities (Short Term and Long-Term Planning)Everyday interaction with a Supply Chain Organization, Controllership and other Finance areas.Master data support (creating, maintenance)Digital dashboards developmentConsults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.Identifies opportunities for process improvement.Education and Experience Required: First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.Typically 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst.Typically experienced in more than one finance function.Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.Strong analytical skills.Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).Strong communication and influencing skills.Excellent teamwork skillsGood business acumen.Job -FinanceSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -NoRelocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
