Security Advisory encompasses: WW Program Management, Cyber Security, Legal, Governance, Risk, Compliance, Audit and Cloud as it relates to cyber security for HP clients. The Security Advisor sales leader is part of a very exciting, diverse worldwide team supporting the account teams in new and existing opportunities. This position will work within HP’s eco-system of sales and pursuits to drive and support new business. Our objective is to grow this business across all of HP’s customer sectors in a meaningful way. The successful candidate will be an expert in cybersecurity to help the account teams address this specific and respective area, especially as it continues to grow. In This Role You Will Drive HP business success in this offering across North America Collaborate with experts across Cybersecurity and IT disciplines. Ensure HP policy and regulatory compliance in customer pursuits. What the Senior Security Advisory Sales Leader does at HP: Drive engagement with sales and product teams to ensure superior Request For Information/Quote/Proposal (RFI/Q/P) responses, contractual compliance validation, complex security schedule negotiation, and end-to-end deal support process management Direct existing account teams to manage complex customer-driven vendor oversight assessments by providing approved Cybersecurity responses and providing guidance to the HP account team with adhering to the customer’s assessment scope. Partner with HP Cybersecurity teams to provide meaningful measures and metrics for risk treatment and team performance. Exert influence horizontally and vertically in the organization; demonstrates business acumen and applies it for effective business engagement with internal customers and effective management of sales programs and initiatives. Think creatively about solutions to complex issues and problem solving Value strong working relationships and teamwork across a variety of teams and global regions to reach common milestones and fuel profitable growth Individuals who thrive in this role at HP will have: Customer-facing and regulatory experience Enterprise sales experience Security certifications (examples, CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSLC, CompTIA Security + or equivalent certifications) 5+ years of relevant experience in cross-functional programs Prior security experience or experience with enterprise solutions Exceptional Cyber and IT security contract risks, threats, and prevention language Industry certifications (PMP, Certified HIPAA professional, IAPP (Privacy experts), Certified Security Compliance Specialist, CITGRCM, CSOXM, etc.) Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), especially as it relates to cyber security, information assurance, data protection and privacy Strong knowledge of information security policies, cyber security policies, network security, endpoint security, hardware security, physical security and application security, personnel cyber security expertise, and NIST Cyber Security Framework expertise Knowledge of the infrastructure and cyber security requirements to secure the respective environment, including respective application to all end point devices Strong capability to provide leadership in the presales, sales and post sales processes to mentor and coach the account teams in the best approach to the clients as it relates to cyber security Demonstrated strong writing skills for RFP responses and client correspondence as it relates to cyber security Drive client pursuits and engages in complex deals as it relates to cyber security Ability to work with global and diverse teams and at all levels in a driven, fast paced environment Interface with the clients’ Cyber Security and IT personnel to determine cyber security requirements, functional specifications and recommend solutions and alternate system design for complex hardware and software computer driven systems that includes print environments as it relates to cyber security HP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:•Dental insurance•Disability insurance•Employee assistance program•Flexible schedule•Flexible spending account•Health insurance•Life insurance Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role is $147,950.00 -- $227,850.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
