The Team and the Role The EMEA Mid-Market Sales Team supports organizations to navigate through their digital transformation journey, helps them modernizing their infrastructure, delivers premium experiences and transforms people’s lives. In this team you will be working together with customers Head Quartered in Turkey and Bulgaria across different industries. You will help them achieving their goals through the value proposition of Equinix’s solutions. You will also have the opportunity to support Global Account Managers with Global Accounts, looking after their local business in the country. The role in few points Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts, both active and prospects Facilitates customer relationships to ensure timely resolution of customer issues Identifies customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements Leading conversations with customers across the whole sales cycle, involving relevant departments such as Sales Engineering and Channel & Alliances Management Liaise with global counterparts in order to maximize efforts in Global Accounts Manage contacts with customer via different channels: predominantly email, LinkedIn, phone calls but also in-person meetings when needed Who You Are At Equinix, we appreciate the power of relationships, and we're seeking individuals who enjoy engaging with people, both customers and colleagues alike.
