Non-CA Pay Range (Annual):$83,800.00 - $155,600.00At Infinera, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. Your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for equity grants, discretionary bonuses, or commission payments. Infinera is looking to add an energetic and self-driven Sr. HR Generalist to join their HR organization. The Sr. HR Generalist will support the Sales, Services, Strategy and Marketing, and Texas site client groups in the Americas Region, reporting directly to the Director, HRBP. The Sr. HR Generalist will be responsible for the implementation and administration of multiple HR programs. In addition, provide management and employees with a full range of human resources services and support across all functional areas including employment policies and practices, consultation and coaching, recruiting, employee relations, compensation, performance management, learning and development, immigration & mobility and employment law.   Essential Functions/Responsibilities  Provide operational support to the HRBP Director, and front-line support to managers and employees within assigned client groups. Analyze data and trends, and surface findings related to client groups to the HRBP Director.  Recruiting: Provides input and direction with regards to recruiting. Partners with management and the Staffing team to deliver against the business hiring needs, attracting world class talent. Onboarding/ Offboarding: Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival to Infinera. Conduct check-ins with employees. Collaborate with regional HR Business Partners to identify trends and address concerns. Manage the offboarding process including conducting exit interviews with employees, answering questions and coordination with cross-functional departments.  Immigration and Global Mobility: Play a key role in tracking and planning for transfers across regions; partnering with management and the immigration and mobility teams. HR Program rollout: Deliver HR Programs for assigned client groups (All focal programs and culture and engagement initiatives).  Employee Relations: Assist with conducting confidential and sensitive investigations and support resolution initiatives.  Provide guidance to management and employees on inquiries regarding the organization’s processes, policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and provide direction to multi-level managers.  Partner with our Centers of Support- Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Legal, Global Immigration & Mobility, and Facilities as needed to best support all client groups. Collaborate and partner with global HRBP teams and HR centers to support the overarching client group organizations, including APAC, EMEA and LATAM. Partner with HR Director and leadership on learning and development programs, key talent and succession planning. Support Texas site employees and partner with site leadership to plan and deliver on culture & engagement initiatives. Partner with the HR team on cross-functional client group support.  Project management support as required.   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Exceptional problem-solving skills with passion for data integrity, process definition, critical thinking and continuous learning. Excellent verbal and written communication skills: concise, articulate, and confident. Comfortable with a high paced environment with competing priorities with ability to remain organized, focused and confident, while working under pressure. Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity with a high degree of professionalism in all aspects of the role. Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and procedures.  Exceptional organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills. Well-developed decision making, judgement and problem-solving skills. Self-driven; results and solutions oriented, in a timely manner. Demonstrated knowledge of employee relations procedures and applicable laws. Demonstrated project management skills Strong platform and facilitation skills  Credentials And Experience  5+ years HR Generalist or relevant HR experience.  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or equivalent combination of experience and/or education is required.  A PHR or SHRM certification is a plus.   Experience with global high-tech Sales, Services and Support, and Shared Services environments desired but not mandatory. Expert in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday is a plus.    #LI-DW1 #HYBRID Infinera is an equal opportunity employer.
