Job Requisition ID #24WD74574Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with, natural sales instincts and technical aptitude to lead our hybrid-based sales team of Business Development Representatives, working in close collaboration with our Mid-Market team.Your primary focus will be on developing your team to over-achieve pipeline-generation targets, excel in customer satisfaction, and reach new heights of professional development.You will report to the Senior Manager, Inside Sales, based in EUWe support hybrid working schedule.ResponsibilitiesYou will manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs)Achieve and exceed quarterly targets of pipeline of qualified opportunitiesEnsure the collaboration between the BDR team and Mid-Market is successfulMotivate individuals and team to exceed their objectives through deal coaching, sales skills, product skills training and regular communication of resultsWork with Marketing to build campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity with proper closed-loop metric reportingReport on team and individual results: pipeline creating on progression, conversion rates, and billings attainmentWork with our internal sales operations team members on reporting. Identify and make recommendations for improvement in sales productivityDevelop the team for the next step in their careersMinimum QualificationsYou must be fluent in Arabic aWe require experience managing people to achieve performance goals, for an outbound sales team- 5+ yearsExtensive and proven experience in sales, preferably in enterprise applications, with a experience with over-achievement of quota expectationsYour prior inside sales experience a plus with a strong desire to be in technology salesStrong metrics and analytical orientation, Salesforce experience is highly desiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsYou need to possess strong problem-solving skillsDrive to continually improve your sales skills through on the job coaching, self-learning and as defined by Autodesk sales career progression frameworkBe visionary, open-minded and adaptive in your leadership approach#LI-IS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
