You will oversee our student advocacy efforts, which aim to empower and support students in their pursuit of academic success and personal growth. As the program owner, you will help implement initiatives that support student engagement, foster shared content experiences, skill development, and advocacy within the student Design and Make communities we serve.This position could be remote or hybrid depending on your location.Program ObjectivesFoster a community of passionate students who love our products and are eager to engage with Autodesk in a meaningful wayProvide a unique program with valued components that allow students to extend their personal brand and gain valuable skills and experiencesPromote social engagement with measurable reach and influence, both within the student community and in collaboration with AutodeskResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive student advocacy program that aligns with Autodesk's missionMaintain a relationship with student advocates, ensuring their passion for Autodesk products and commitment to the program's objectivesFacilitate social engagement initiatives that encourage student advocates to create content, participate in discussions, and share their knowledge and experiencesMeasure the reach and influence of student advocacy efforts, using data and analytics to assess the program's effectiveness and make data-driven improvementsFoster a sense of community and connection among student advocates, providing opportunities for networking, collaboration, and knowledge sharingCollaborate with multiple parties, including students, faculty, employees, and external partners, to identify and address student needs and concernsAddress any concerns or issues raised by student advocates, ensuring their positive sentiment towards Autodesk is maintainedMinimum Qualifications7+ years of related professional experienceDemonstrated people and program management skillsExperience with student communities, youth marketing, strategic program development or a related fieldExperience performing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative researchTeam development and leadership experienceExperience launching new initiatives#LI-POSTLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $139,300 and $225,390. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
