Job Requisition ID #24WD74708Position OverviewIn the Sales Enablement Manager role, you will be in a critical position supporting a global sales team across the Americas, Europe, and Asia helping to deliver on business objectives. This will involve driving sales training efforts, disseminating product and GTM changes, and managing our processes and best practices across all tools and systems. You will be an important partner to GTM, Marketing, Product and Sales stakeholders aligning on priorities and seeing those initiatives through to completion. While we do not ask that you to are an expert in sales methodologies or our products, you will coordinate resources and distribute information to our teams in the form of programs and easy-to-digest documentation. This role is expected to facilitate both digital and live enablement sessions, workshops, and training activities. You will report to the Manager of Operations for Fusion 360. This position is located in Denver, CO and hybrid-remote.Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering sales, product, and technical training programs, providing feedback on collateral and resources, and measuring the impact of enablement efforts through key performance metrics. We ask that you have an ability to use metrics to drive decision-making and report on program results. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $57,900 and $99,880. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
