Job Requisition ID #24WD74803Position Overview We’re looking for Canada-based interns to join DXC DS & ML Team at Autodesk! We apply cutting-edge technology and analysis to enhance sales, marketing, customer support, and community functions. Our mission is to deliver advanced machine learning models at scale, constantly improving their performance. As an intern, you'll work on impactful projects that contribute to the development of the Autodesk Assistant, a state-of-the-art, llm-powered, generative chatbot that provides answers to our customers' questions on our website today. You will be part of a collaborative team that uses ML to create rich customer conversations and achieves better outcomes for all.This position is remote in Canada ( Montreal or Toronto).Responsibilities You will develop and improve components using large language models that can power conversational interactions in real user scenariosYou will help customers find the best product for their needUnderstand user inquiries to learn or troubleshoot their experience with Autodesk productsYou will test and validate prototype systems the push the boundaries of what is currently possible with LLM-based chatbotsMinimum RequirementsFull-time student pursuing a postgraduate qualification in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or affiliated discipline in an accredited program with at least one academic term to complete post-internshipUnderstanding of Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning (experience with LLM-based systems would be beneficial) Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)Experience with model training, evaluation, and optimization techniques The 2024 Canada program runs for 16 weeks (May 6th to August 23rd for Summer Term). As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development.
