You will be exposed to the infrastructure and technologies that underly CrowdStrike’s Research & Development efforts, and will help make material contributions to the tooling and services that power our Machine Learning solutions. We are a diverse and multidisciplinary team, and you’ll have the chance to broaden your horizons by working jointly with a team of Engineering, Big Data, Machine Learning, and Security domain experts on hard and impactful problems. You will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.This  Internship is fully remote and requires no travel. Your work location is the city/town/province you will be working from remotely. For our 12-week internship program, interns are allowed to work remotely from an alternative location for up to 2 weeks. Interns are also invited to work out of the CrowdStrike office located closest to their remote location.What You'll DoParticipate in engineering efforts to support R&D and machine learning initiativesWork with cutting edge technologies and languages across the entire development stack As a Data Engineer intern you will learn about containerization, microservices, and distributed architecture and understand, provision and maintain new and existing infrastructure. Our Data Engineering team is looking for candidates with experienced with any high level language such as: Python, Go, Java, Scala and familiarity with web services: REST, JSON. As a Machine Learning Software Engineer intern you will design, implement, test, optimize and maintain features for internal/external customers in the form of robust libraries and software development kits. Learn about multi-platform software development, file formats & feature engineering, containerization and agile software development.
