NVIDIA Networking BU is looking for a customer project manager - student position that will be responsible for the tools, systems and methodologies within the CPM team. The CPM student should drive the tools and systems to facilitate the work of the CPM team and NVIDIA’s customers and to lead internal methodologies within the organization. As a part of NVIDIA’s Worldwide Field Operations (WWFO) organization, Customer Program Management (CPM) is responsible for technical execution of design wins with system OEM/ODM partners and business awards with key cloud service provider customers. We are looking for a technical person who can work with our CPMs and internal cross-functional team members to help us drive new tools and internal processes in the CPM team and with NVIDIA’s strategic customers.What you'll be doing:Define, plan, and lead the design of tools and information systems within the CPM team and be responsible to coordinate between all relevant collaborators such as IT, marketing, engineering teams, operations etc. from initial requirements' definition through delivery.Secure commitments from appropriate internal owners and key team members to deliver on what is needed from them; drive and follow-up through completion.Summarize and report status, along with any help needed, to the appropriate CPMs.Participate in internal meetings and meetings with external customers/partners. Get exposure to the “customer perspective” to craft an efficient and user-friendly customer facing platforms and tools.What we need to see:At least 4 semesters left until the completion of your B.Sc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial engineering or related fieldFamiliar with project management methodologies and tools.Personal skills: Teammate, independent, responsible, capable of multi-tasking, ability to drive people and tasks.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluencyAbility to work 2-3 days per week (not including Friday)Ways to stand out from the crowd:Experience with AI tools and applications preference for CRM and BI systems.PMP or other Project/Program Management Certification.Strong hands-on technical expertise, including the ability to conduct technical discussions with developers.NVIDIA Mellanox Networking division is a leading supplier of innovative end-to-end InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions and services for servers and storage.
