If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Broadcom Inc. is seeking a candidate to support the U.S. bi-weekly payroll operations.  Job duties include:· Participates in processing bi-weekly payroll with speed and accuracy reflecting company specific pay policies.· Audits and reconciles employee pay records.· Interprets pay policies, (e.g., vacation, LOA, disability, government regulations, withholding exemptions, etc.) and ensures appropriate amounts/deductions are calculated and applied to accounts correctly.· Assists with audits of internal records, workers compensation, tax filings and related documentation.· Participate in specialized tasks or activities such as stock vesting,  disability payment processing, new hire, terminations, garnishments, compliance reporting.Education/Experience:· Bachelor’s degree with courses in human resources and/or accounting preferred or relevant years of experience.· 5+ years of payroll experience including third party time-keeping software (ADP, eTime, WorkDay)· Working knowledge of U.S. payroll laws to include active, terminated, and deceased employees· Proficient in excelDesired skill set includes: Compliance knowledge, problem-solving, computer and software proficiency, mathematical, organizational, time management, & communication skillsAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $49,200 - $82,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.Broadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K) participation including company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time.
