The Security Business Systems Analyst will: Maintain a WoW security framework that is efficient and scalableIdentify opportunities for improving configuration of existing security features and drive ongoing efficiency and continued improvement of core configurationsConfigure system security settings; plan and execute unit testing, and advise teams performing integration and acceptance testingServe as Security Administrator and internal advisor across all functional pillarsExecute peer reviews of security configuration changes and implement themAbout YouBasic Qualifications3+ years of Workday implementation experienceExcellent functional knowledge of Workday SecurityOther QualificationsExcellent functional knowledge of Workday SecurityUnderstanding of basic cybersecurity principlesEnd to end implementation experienceThe ability to analyze sophisticated business challenges, respond independently, and communicate across all levels of the organizationGood interpersonal and organizational skills; experience in solving problems and documenting issues, gaps, and resolutionsExperience with agile methodology and systems (Jira, Confluence)Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
