We offer an excellent benefits scheme that includes company holiday days, pension, health care, employee assistance, fitness program, family support and many other features.About the RoleWorkday is hiring a Manager for our newly formed, Digital Presales Team focused on the office of the CHRO.As a leader on our newly announced Digital Presales team, you will have the opportunity to form a new team, build new processes, ramp new Early in Career Solution Consultants, and be challenged daily.This is your chance to guide a world class Digital Presales Team of HCM Solution Consultants, selling net new services to our existing customers. You will be aided and surrounded by some of the first-rate and brightest people in the industry; people who care about our customers and care about assisting them accomplish the results they seek. You will coordinate the performance and delivery in support to the sales organization within EMEA while contributing to the hiring and development of the next generation of Presales Solution Consultants at Workday.Your experience and professional qualifications include:At least 5 years of Presales experience including 1-2 years of experience managing or guiding a team of cross functional Presales Sales Consultants.About YouExperience recruiting and ramping early in career Solution Consultants.Expert level knowledge of Enterprise software systems.Experience managing first line managers is strongly preferred.Experience working under pressure and working on multiple projects simultaneously.Proven experience driving operational excellence and demonstrate proficiencies in strategic management.Creativity and original thinking to proactively identify new and different approaches to problem solving Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels (other Presales Directors, Presales Managers, Regional Sales Directors, Regional Vice-Presidents.)Inclusive Leadership and Diversity Mindset: aptitude to always make diversity and inclusion a personal and a team priority.Intercultural awareness: understanding of both your own and other cultures, and particularly the similarities and differences between themOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
