An MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in leading core Software Development initiatives in Agile Development, with a focus on Business Agility.Other QualificationsFacilitates all aspects of planning, including early issue/risk identification and management.Able to gather and present data points to leadership to support key decisions and coordinate with Product Managers and stakeholders.Prior experience managing Public Cloud (AWS, GCP, etc.) is a huge plus.Additional experience in managing stakeholder relationships & dependencies to support various integrations, which may include services, CRM applications such as Salesforce, and large-scale databases is desirable.A self-starter with exceptional influencing skills, able to work independently in highly ambiguous environments, with both technical and business groups internally and externally.A positive culture creator and change agent for transformation.Good understanding of modern SDLC and Agile methodologies (for example: SAFe, Spotify Model, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) with a bias towards action.
