We help customers make the most of the Workday platform!About the RoleOversees the development and implementation of technology solutions for customers using Workday products, outsourced solutions or proprietary tools/techniques. Defines the customers’ needs, develops a proposal to meet those needs, and oversees the implementation of the complete project solution.Key Areas of ResponsibilityRecruit, manage, and mentor Integration consultants.Work with Regional Consulting and Resource teams to align resources to customer demand.Work directly with customers, functional consultants and data conversion consultants to establish an approach and develop Integrations into Workday.Develop an understanding of other Workday functional areas (e.g., Financials, Student).Assist customers defining requirements, design and build Integrations.Develop and maintain expertise in Workday functionality, Setup and Reporting.Administer the consultants' incentive compensation plans.Deliver on quarterly customer satisfaction, references, and revenue, utilization and margin objectives.Participate in update training and other events that help share one's product skills with other consultants.Understand Workday's Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.About YouBasic Qualifications7+ years of technical experience in Financial software solutions or systems5+ years Consulting experience4+ as a people manager and/or leading an implementation team working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar applications.Other QualificationsProficient skills with EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technology.Proficient skills with Workday integration technologies such as EIB, Document Transformation, and Workday Studio.Proficient understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle - including integrations requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and move to production.2+ years of experience through all stages of a project lifecycle including requirements gathering, integration design, development, integration testing, and move to production.Experience leading an Integration workstream on a software implementation.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
