We are a part of a growing Global Sales Enablement Team, which is a group of 70 plus program managers, instructional designers, trainers, coaches and content experts that are responsible for developing the skills needed to help increase sales performance.About the RoleAs a Sr Program Manager of Content Management and Strategy, you will be responsible for working with our content creators from product marketing, sales enablement, and sales support on how to best organize, tag and maintain their content to be easily discovered by our sellers. Then in turn, working with our sellers on how best to find, share, and analyze the content they share with prospective buyers.Content Strategy & ConsultingSpot Design: Work with content creators and program managers to design, organize, build, and maintain spots (content areas) that are easy to use. Content Consulting: Provide insights, guidance and recommendations to content creators on how and where to best position their content in the system. Clearly communicate the capabilities of the system to help guide the design of the content/program content.Spot Owner Relationships: Own and be a great partner with the SPOT-owners and publishers through the onboarding, training, program partnership, troubleshooting and distribution of analytics to those individuals.Content Insights & Analytics: Provide insights and recommendations to the spot owners on the use and performance of their content and how to improve it.Spot Design and Structure: Design content overview page layouts that are user friendly, visually appealing, and consistent across programs.GovernanceGovernance Policies: Work with our CMS Admin to develop, implement and carry out policies for managing digital content which includes defining processes for creating, editing, and publishing content and guidelines for organizing and categorizing content.Organization: Lead the organization of content libraries through the creation and maintenance of lists, metadata and taxonomies to meet current and future customer and business needs. Partner with cross-functional leads to drive alignment and ensure consistency across teams.User Training & Enablement on HighspotSeller Training: Providing training, coaching and help for sellers on how to build digital sales rooms, share content with prospects, and analyze the results to help their opportunity move forward. Content Creator Training: Providing training, coaching and help for content creators on how to upload content, tag it correctly, create smart pages, and maintain and govern spots.On-Demand Training: Build some on-demand training videos for sellers and publishers on the essentials of using Highspot at Workday. Connecting Learning & Content StrategyOutline and implement an effective strategy for consistent tracking of all sales enablement learning content in Workday Learning.Defining and implementing a strategy for connecting those learning analytics with data in Highspot for a more holistic view of the effectiveness of our enablement initiatives.Other ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships across the Sales Enablement ecosystem, Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Services organizations, and Vendors.Stay up to date with Broader Sales/Sales Ops Goals, Product Marketing Campaigns, and Program Metrics to ensure the proper content is being produced/staying relevant in the system.About YouBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience in content management in sales, services, or marketing.3 + years of experience using Highspot, Seismic or similar content management systems (CMS).Other Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent strongly preferred.Working with learning management systems (LMS), preferably Workday Learning and connecting them with content systems.Experience working within a sales enablement organization.Experience working in a software or tech company.Experience: creating and leading virtual and on-demand training.Ability to work both independently and in teams, balance multiple projects and prioritize time well.Workday is an Equal Opportunity Employer including individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
