Finally, the product manager is encouraged to keep informed of HCM industry trends and the technology landscape and leverage these inputs to define a product vision, strategy and roadmap.Key ResponsibilitiesYou understand that consistent innovation is the result of each member of the team sharing their ideas. We look for product managers who are not afraid of signing up for results, even when this means they have to work through others to achieve results.This job is an individual contributor role and often needs to take a data driven approach to influence without authority including colleagues, business partners, and key executives.About YouBasic Qualifications:8+ years of experience working on technology-powered products as a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.4+ years of demonstrated ability collecting, synthesizing, and prioritizing user input from multiple sources (users, leaders, competitors, market factors, partners, engineering, management, etc.).2+ years of experience with Workday product capabilities and industry standards for designing best in class experiences.Other Qualifications:4+ years of experience managing talent experiences in both talent acquisition and talent engagement.2+ years of experience managing strategy for the Talent technology landscape.Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and product delivery techniques and methods.Strong ability to understand and interpret data to develop hypothesis, define experiments to prove (or disprove)Ability to identify solutions to hard problems with many constraints, assess risks, and lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.Proven ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, strategy, etc.Proven track record of engaging with engineers, architects, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationshipOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
