Founded by PeopleSoft veterans Dave Duffield and Aneel Bhusri, Workday delivers Human Capital Management, Payroll, Financial Management and Worker Spend Management solutions for midsize and Fortune 500 companiesAbout the RoleThe Managing Partner (MP), North America Field Services is a member of the regional services management team and is responsible for the overall success of an assigned Healthcare Provider/Payor group of deploying and production customers.   The MP will participate in sales cycles to help support implementation related activities for prospects that will become part of their Healthcare Provider/Payor portfolioThe MP will develop/maintain executive relationships, have overall responsibility for the successful deployment of the Workday solution, sell additional services into their customer base and ensure they’re getting maximum value from the product.The Managing Partner will be measured on customer satisfaction, customer portfolio bookings, & regional services revenue.About YouKey Areas of Responsibility:Collaborate with Account Executives and Service Executives to help position/sell Workday product, deployment and post production services.Build proofs of conceptsParticipate in partner selection for non-Workday primed engagements in the Healthcare Provider/Payor arenaGuide large, partner-led accounts with global complexity such as M&A and divestituresDevelop and sustain Healthcare Providor/Payor customer executive relationshipsWork with the sales team to develop/execute on account plans and strategy for each Healthcare Provider/Payor customer in their portfolioCreate the strategic plan across the customer architectureServe on and actively participate in the Healthcare Payor/Provider customer steering committee meetingsProvide direction and support to Workday and service partner project teams especially as it relates to scope, budget, timeline and critical deployment issuesMay act as the escalation point to facilitate and resolve customer and/or project issuesMay work with customer to drive adoption of the Workday solution guiding them in the implementation of new features and products and selling additional services to support their strategyMay drive customer self sufficiency by ensuring their customers understand how to engage with the Workday services organizationReview and approve all services contract amendmentsEngage other service resources as necessary to support account planning and feature adoption strategiesLeverage customer relationships as needed for prospect references.    Basic Qualifications:10+ years experience successfully deploying large, complex Cloud SaaS ERP (Financials) solutions at a project and program manager level within the Healthcare Provider/Payor arenaExperience positioning and selling professional services Experience successfully working with software sales teams to position/sell additional Services8+ years experience developing and maintaining C-level relationships in the Healthcare Provider/Payor Industry6+ years managing / prioritizing multiple customer demands balancing customer satisfaction with revenue and profitability targets Other Qualifications:o   Able to travel up to 50%o   Able to deliver customer presentations.o   Able to write an internal customer account plano Ability to balance customer demands with aggressive revenue and profitability objectives.o Familiarity with SaaS governance modeling, and agile methodologies to help     Healthcare Payor/Provider organizations navigate the cloud environment.o Leadership abilities to motivate and focus the Healthcare Payor/Provider organization on strategic customer objectives.o Willingness to ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist wherever needed.o Team player who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
