We produce intimate and exclusive experiences where everyone is a VIP and no detail is overlooked. This detail-oriented position requires excellent organizational skills, strong problem-solving skills, and an ability to work efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have experience in controlling and maintaining accurate data, managing processes and a strong understanding of hotel management and will work directly with the companies ticketing and lodging departments on a daily basis. This candidate will join our expert team of passionate travel and music lovers. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOManage inventory across all hotel inventory and ticketing systemsManage hotel inventory allocations to ensure that hotel inventory is properly allocated to all event ticket typesManage all hold and inventory change requests submitted by various internal departmentsOngoing creation of private sales links to facilitate custom ticket requestsManage interdepartmental communication process to ensure that all requests are clear and that all updates are accurateReview all existing private link sales and communicate w/the internal requester to assess purchase delaysDaily import of new purchase data into the Playa Luna Guest PortalOngoing reconciliation of the ticketing system with the internal inventory systemsDaily review of all inventory / allocation issues that are automatically flagged in hotel inventory and ticketing systemsAssist ticketing department with ticketing buildsAssist Lodging department with event buildsDaily updates of package sales data within internal inventory systemWeekly ticket count emails to key stakeholders and event partners Work with the lodging team to update publicly available ticketing inventory to facilitate inventory changes caused by new holds, reallocation of hotel inventory, and additions/reductions of contracted hotel inventoryDevelop expert knowledge of the inventory management system to manage tasks including but not limited to change requests, hold requests and inventory reductionsWork within company systems and infrastructure to manage work responsibilities IE: Asana, Slack, Filemaker, Ticketing systems, etc.Ability to travel to events throughout the year and work on-site at extended hours and timesWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING 3-5 years of experience with lodging management or similar operationsStrong knowledge of the hotel industry and/or the event industryBachelor’s degree from an accredited university or comparable work experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel Excellent oral and written communicationAbility to get assignments done in a timely manner while managing your own day to day scheduleAbility to maintain, control and communicate deadlines, roadblocks, and escalations as neededAbility to provide leadership, prioritize, organize, motivate and problem solveWillingness to adopt new project management tools and communication platforms as used by the companyThe expected compensation for this position in Colorado is:$64,000.00 USD - $80,000.00 USD**Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules.
