Be a change agent and give strategic input to the business around top of funnel.Craft an outstanding team culture and lead a winning team to overachieve a qualified opportunity quota.Build a plan for the next phase of growth for the business unit with the right economics for financial success.Collaborate within and outside your function with Sales Teams, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, Product, Ops and Marketing.You are a strategic problem solver, a mentor, a coach, and a natural leader.Attract and retain talent ensuring each member of your team has a development plan for their next role.Your Expertise and Passion3+ years of prior managerial experience.Confirmed, documented success achieving a team and/or individual quotas and objectives.Exposure to Solution Selling, Customer-Centric Selling, Sandler, or SPIN strongly preferred.Passion for coaching and mentoring emerging sales talent.Keen understanding of the WordPress community and market combined with strong business and sales acumen.Ability to use Salesforce to build and run Salesforce reports.
