Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Ability to use data analysis tools to discover the clues of inherence of data. Experience in supplier management and process qualification. Capable of problem solving, ability to demonstrate the entire process to the issue closure. Experience in project management. Clear communication and logical thinking. Innovation, integrity, can do attitude. Knowledge on quality management system and the application of quality tools. Familiar with any of manufactory processes(machining, molding, stamping, laser, welding, gluing) Additional Sections: Education background majored in Engineering or related Special request on Experience&Expertise&Tools Experiences in acoustic, electrical and optical technology is a plus Experiences in JMP/Tableau is a plus Experiences in process/product audit is a plus Description Description • Involve in new product development, work with Engineering and Technical team on system integration issue. • Develop metrology on new product, conduct spec alignment and correlation activities. • Drive failure analysis, corrective active implementation plan at suppliers’ sites. Feedback RCCA and status to system team. • Conduct parts maturity study, review suppliers’ quality control flow, influence design to ensure parts are manufacturable. • During mass production, proactively handle parts quality issue at system side from IQC to OQC to reduce impact on line UPH and yield.
