In this role you’ll focus on our developer ecosystem, which is central to bringing that vision to life. You’ll foster the relationship between engineering and World Wide Developer Relations (WWDR) to support a variety of developer facing programs. You’ll also partner with teams across engineering like SwiftUI, RealityKit, ARKit, Tools, etc, to drive these efforts, and to route developer escalations. In addition to supporting things like developer labs, demo events, and WWDC sessions, we’re also looking for someone skilled at summarizing & prioritizing developer feedback to help push the developer platform forward by informing future visionOS SDK roadmaps. You ideally will be a strong collaborator, skilled at making data driven decisions, very detailed, and enthusiastic about the potential of what the developer ecosystem can unlock on Apple Vision Pro. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 6+ years experience as a Project or Program Manager (General Software or SDK experience is a plus) Excellent spoken and written communication with the ability to tailor to multiple audiences Ability to build/grow relationships within and across organizations Strong collaborator, able to understand others perspectives, look for common ground, and drive consensus Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities Makes good and timely decisions to keep teams moving forward Skilled at prioritization and able to help focus others Excellent attention to detail and highly organized Description Description We’re looking for people with a passion for supporting developers and unlocking the potential of visionOS to change the world through the developer ecosystem. In this role you will be the Vision Products Group liaison with World Wide Developer Relations (WWDR), and will join a team of Software Engineering Project Managers focused on the developer experience and tools. You’ll also partner with Vision Products Group Developer Ecosystem team and teams from across engineering to support various developer facing programs, such as: - Support WWDR event demos by assessing requirements, pulling in & coordinating with appropriate engineering stakeholders, driving issue burn downs - Support developer labs by coordinating with WWDR to assess developer needs and work with engineering to schedule/train support staff - Keep a pulse on Seeds and Labs to look out for developer escalations / emergent issues to prioritize and route within engineering accordingly - Summarize and prioritize developer feedback to inform future visionOS SDK roadmaps - Coordinate WWDC sessions and demos Education & Experience Education & Experience 6+ of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
