The ideal candidate will have strong background in product management, including experience leading and managing a team , a proven track record of successfully launching innovative products in Lending, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives. As the Manager, Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap, enhance our product quality, efficient prioritization of features and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.RESPONSIBILITIESLead and mentor a team of product owners and UX Designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and market trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product release.Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic goals, user feedback, and business impact.Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.Establish product metrics and regularly assess product performance against goals.Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure effective communication and alignment on product strategies.Close partnership with engineering to understand technical trade-offs and architecture to optimally influence product designProvide guidance and mentorship to the product team on the product lifecycleAssist, train and grow employees and evangelize best practicesStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform product strategySKILS REQUIRED10+ years of product management experience working on Banking & Financial Services Industry (preferably Lending) with at least 2 years of people management experience. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field . Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members. In-depth understanding of corporate vision alignment, ensuring policies and procedures contribute to organizational success. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage subject matter experts effectively. Familiarity with industry best practices, product management methodologies, and agile principles.
