This role sales for new customers in the South region. You will need to understand and interpret customer requirements and drive new accounts. As Enterprise Inside Sales Representative, you will carry a revenue target in the east & south region and the new customer target which is measured quarterly.Sells the company’s products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts. Must close the sale on products, systems and/or services. May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities. Requires application of in-depth technical knowledge of products, systems and services (may include contract documentation). May be responsible for large, diverse, complex territories and/or products.This role is overlay to the field sales force, typically supporting the initiatives of the field sales organization and carrying an individual or team quota that is shared with the field. Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested.The Inside Sales Representative has thorough knowledge of company products, systems and services. May direct customers to website or other company resources for information. May act as sole sales representative for assigned territory, industry, accounts, and/or products. May establish and maintain relationships with channel partners. Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities. Focuses on acquiring new customers and retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers. Minimal business travel or work outside office required.What you’ll do• Exceed quarterly and annual region Revenue and new customer Targets• Manage partner deployment region, Empower them to invest more resources in Adobe's business• Manage partner Sales, ensure partner business success. work with partner to follow-up with their customer• Conduct regular accounts review with partners and get partner feedback to the management team• Provide regular engagement to resellers on new product knowledge and sales skills• Build and maintain a required new business schedule and track pipeline progress• Manage and close pipelines of new deals by driving all aspects of the sales cycle• Prepare activity and weekly forecast, monthly review report• Work with the outsourced firm to conduct AP activities for high efficiency• Work cross-functionally with LM and Renew team, business development, Solution consulting team, and marketing in order to drive objectives like industry program/campaigns, partners incentive/others programWhat you need to succeed• Experience in sales and channel sales role• Have a consistent record in achieving &. over-achieving targets within an IT Sales capacity, preferably selling Software Solutions.• At least 3 years of sales experience• Preferably have completed a degree in business, IT, marketing or similar• Highly motivated and proactive• Team Work• Passion to inspire team member to go high• Strong verbal communication skills (talking and listening)• English skills (Reading, written and spoken)Adobe For AllAdobe strives to create an environment where our employees can do their best work and drive their career growth and development based on their personal goals.
