In this role, you will be expected to do full life cycle recruiting for Operations, Software Engineering, QA and supporting functions for roles. You will provide excellent customer support to your assigned business groups and develop trusted adviser relationships with your hiring managers.Your day-to-day Full life cycle recruiting mainly for technical positions, including software engineering roles as well as for supporting functionsPartner with hiring managers in defining a recruitment strategy to source the best talent based on business needs and goalsIdentify, attract and hire high quality candidates through the development and implementation of innovative recruiting programs and strategiesProactively source relevant and talented candidates through a variety of platformsCommunicate recruiting activity, challenges and results with hiring managersReport on recruiting metricsLeverage ATS for required tasks and candidate sourcingPartner with HR colleagues and stakeholders on HR programs and hiring initiativesEffective advocate of the Proofpoint businessWhat you bring to the team Proven track record in full life cycle recruiting, preferably in security and/or SaaS companiesExperience of hiring software engineer disciplines, and some level of technical understanding of Object-Oriented languages (Java, C#, C++)Proven ability to project manage multiple concurrent recruitment assignmentsDemonstrated business acumen in understanding hiring managers’ needs and applying appropriate recommendationsAbility to build successful candidate profiles, clarify required job skills and competenciesExcellent negotiation skills with the ability to deliver a compelling vision and opportunity to prospective candidatesInfluential stakeholder and candidate management skills, including ability to manage internal leadership expectationsTeam orientated, customer focused and a proven track record of exceeding recruitment goalsExcellent process-orientation and attention to detailExperience working with an Applicant Tracking SystemUncompromising ethics with the desire to create an outstanding candidate experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWhy ProofpointProtecting people is at the heart of our award-winning cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success.
