You will be responsible for making data-driven decisions on product offerings and presenting recommendations to executive stakeholders. Additionally, you will work closely with multiple teams to ensure successful deal submissions, manage timelines, and provide ongoing analysis to support future business strategies. We seek to bring a talented leader who is inspired by big challenges, driven to learn and grow, and dedicated to making a meaningful difference. ​ This role will give you the opportunity to take your leadership, creativity, and career to the next level. Responsibilities:Collaborate with multiple organizations to lead the process of holistic product readiness and requirements for HP to participate in and secure Must-Win Deals with commercial notebooks and desktop solutions.Build successful synergy with Category and GBU teams to support and communicate the status and next steps of active Must-Win Deals at all levels of the organization. Address requests with a sense of urgency and provide timely responses and communications. Actively participate in discussions, capture decisions, and drive next steps with action owners.Identify options and lead decision-making on recommended offering options with relevant data such as cost, schedule, risks, ROI. Present recommendations to upper management through executive summaries and support needed to secure HP’s winning position in Must-Win Deal RFPs.Lead with ambition and extreme agility in close partnership and engagement with product managers, engineering, system team, procurement, supply chain, category, and country teams to ensure Must-Win Deals submission, shipment commitments, and all required documentation and certifications.Maintain dashboard and calendar of anticipated deals and milestones. Proactively bring competitive insights & lessons learned to provide input to future platforms to strengthen HP’s competitive and winning position. Provide closed-loop post-analysis of product performance, market, and competitor status.Demonstrate agility and ability to lean in for the team and pivot to changing or new business priorities with enthusiasm and commitment.Required Education & ExperienceExperience driving full product lifecycle (from idea, launch, sustaining, and end of life) with deep knowledge of marketing elements (product, pricing, promotion, and positioning).Proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrix and cross-functional team environment.Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.BA or BS in marketing, business, or technology field; post-graduate degree preferred.5+ years of product marketing, program management or operational experience.Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of product lifecycle planning, development and GTM processes, and the interdependent steps required to drive change.Results oriented, with the ability to work independently to make decisions and drive the product line strategies, processes, and schedules required to meet business goals and deadlines, while influencing and leading other teams to solve challenging problems.Great written/oral/visual communications and analytical skills with ability to interact with all GBU, regional stakeholders.
