This is a very exciting role with full P&L management (forecasting, providing narratives, and understanding the financial results).  The role is the financial go-to person for the Category and Sales team for the LF Pro business, giving direct visibility to multiple aspects of the business, ranging from revenue recognition to marketing and pricing strategies as well as mix and portfolio analysis.What a Senior Financial Analyst does at HP:You will provide consultancy and challenge business leaders to influence impactful decisionsYou will design financial analysis to drive business actions for breakthrough outcomesYou will identify and dive into key business trends to propose innovative methods to meet objectivesYou will forecast financial results and track actualsYou will tease scenarios on key learnings and apply them forward to minimize gaps in resultsYou will lead and/or participate in business enhancement projects across geographies Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:An excellent Financial Analyst with:Advanced understanding of accounting and financial analysis conceptsProven analytical skills coupled with a willingness to continuously learn  Excel wizard, curious to find new ways to visualize trends 5-7 years of work experience A strong collaborator with:excellent customer and incredible focus on trust and credibilityability to build relationships across teams and culturesa unique voice and a talent to challenge senior business leaders An independent result-oriented professional with:Drive & a creative power to meet continuous challenges of the roleAbility to adopt pragmatic and flexible approachSustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
