Our passion for our customer and our employees will be our differentiation.We are seeking for a SW product manager to lead the value proposition for enterprise customers for Print management and document workflow. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the definition and successful implementation of a SW strategy for Enterprise MPS. You will work closely with various organizations such as: SW architects, Digital, Professional Services, GSS and the markets to define the portfolio, the roadmap and the value proposition. You will partner with marketing and the rest of organization to develop required assets and support the growth objectives of the organization.Key Responsibilities: · Define customer segmentation : Ensure portfolio of SW solutions fits the needs of each enterprise customer segment for print management and document workflow, working with the SW architect, Digital and Professional Services team. · Define SW value proposition for Enterprise customers: Understanding the market and its evolution, you will build the value proposition for MPS Enterprise customers and build an engaging vision for HP customers.· Define pricing strategy : Define the right pricing and outcome approach for customers and make sure HP systems can support it working with enablement teams.· Become market point of contact for new services and offer developments: Receive requests from market on customer needs not addressed and develop a roadmap to support sales teams increasing SW attach.· Work with markets for a successful SW attach strategy : Work with markets on tactics to make sure HP increases sw attach in all its contracts.Other Responsibilities: Global:Based on a strong knowledge of trends in the industry affect the strategy/direction of the product line/line of services or solutions.Suggest strategy changes internally and with external partners.Lead projects that involve cross- functional coordination to provide integrated products/services/ solutions.Improve processes affecting their workgroup and interfaces; e.g., forecast system, obsolesces process with retailers.Seen by sales team as an expert in the products/services/solutions and regularly is called on to defend the benefits in front of customers or partners.Regional:Regularly recommend product/ service/solution strategic direction to senior management.Often create innovative solutions to enhance sales of the product lines or line of services/solutions.Seen by sales team as an expert in the products/services/solutions and regularly is called on to defend the benefits in front of customers or partners.Knowledge and Skills: · Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer science, Telecommunications or business).Proven experience in product management for SW solutionsStrong project management and organizational skills.
