Extensions are based off business need and performance.SummaryThe Product Enablement Intern supports the team by assisting in running important programs, interacting with our systems, tools and metrics, and  updating public-facing learning content. This person will have the opportunity to learn about Workiva's solution in the marketplace, the customer experience and how we build learning experiences to support our customers and partners.  ResponsibilitiesWork on Product Enablement programs such as metrics gathering and analysis and go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with internal, cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Services, Operations and Growth Solutions, Partner Enablement, Marketing and Learning and Development on various projects.Assist in the review and update of customer-facing learning experiences. Contribute to improving the learner experience - offering ideas and being part of the improvement process.What You'll NeedEducationMust be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Operations or similar program ExperienceExperience using Excel, Word, Google Docs, and similar word processing programs SkillsAbility to handle ambiguity, work on multiple projects concurrently, and thrive in changing tasks and responsibilitiesStrong communication (verbal, listening and writing) skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeAttention to detail and follow-through are requiredMust have a desire to work within SaaS support, success, education or enablementCuriosity to learn about the customer experience and education within a SaaS business TravelMinimal Travel Working Conditions & Physical RequirementsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.Sponsorship requirements:Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.How You’ll Be Rewarded:Salary range in the US:$21.00 - $21.00401(k) participation and matchPaid sick leaveA unique opportunity to further your learning experience through additional internship seasonsWhere You’ll WorkOur values drive how we work and who we hire.
