Extensions are based off business need and performance.SummaryThe ESG Strategy and Go-To Market Intern role is a growth opportunity for a graduate-level student interested in bringing new ESG solutions to market to meet our customers’ needs.The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving and analytical skills, business acumen, and top-notch communication skills. This position is suited for someone who can create a strategy at the 30,000 foot level and execute it at the 3 foot level. You will have the opportunity to become an expert on a specific customer segment, create innovative offerings and test your ideas in the marketplace.The intern will be a key member of our Value Management team focused on creating value for our customers. The internship will provide a hands-on learning experience working cross-functionally with subject matter experts throughout the company.What You'll Do:You will develop a deep and broad understanding of one of our customer segments, understand their unmet needs and size of the market, drive key insights and own analysis to support business cases for our GTM approachYou will also support prioritization, project management and execution from discovery to market testingConduct research on a priority customer segment and/or ESG regulationWork cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, customer success and partnership teams to provide insights and recommendations on our strategy around this segmentCreate GTM plans, playbooks, sales decks, talk tracks and demo storyboardsCollect data from market testing, maintain dashboards and provide regular status updatesWhat You'll NeedEducationUndergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.Minimum Qualifications:Currently enrolled in first year of a graduate programBachelor’s degreeA passion for improving ways of working by asking good questions, finding insights in data and driving rapid execution based on those insightsPreferred Qualifications:2+ years experience in consulting, investment banking, product management or at a high-growth technology companyExposure to ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and regulations (CSRD, SEC)Experience creating ESG reportsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to think critically and create structure in an ambiguous, changing environmentAbility to research, analyze, and succinctly report dataHow You’ll Be Rewarded:Salary range in the US:$38.00 - $38.00401(k) participation and matchPaid sick leaveA unique opportunity to further your learning experience through additional internship seasonsWhere You’ll WorkOur values drive how we work and who we hire.
