The General Manager – U.S. Mortgage will play a key role driving and propelling our product solutions’ revenue growth by shaping vision and executing initiatives by focusing on innovation and disruption of the market. This individual will collaborate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategy and product plans. The ideal candidate should have successful product management experience in Mortgage Banking and FinTech. The General Manager – U.S. Mortgage should bring an entrepreneurial spirit, inspirational attitude, and be confident working alongside senior level business leaders as well as bank executives. As a leader in this role, the General Manager – U.S. Mortgage will have an exciting opportunity to lead Product Development teams that are passionate about our product solutions and improving how lenders serve their customers. The General Manager – U.S. Mortgage will be expected to ensure a cohesive, innovative strategy that is part of the nCino platform. Responsibilities Lead product vision, strategy, development and execution to establish world-class, industry-leading, well-adopted products Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to strategize, deploy and execute go to market product plan in an effort to maximize ACV and long-term revenue growth Have strong experience and an extensive knowledge of the mortgage market from origination to servicing to better understand and meet the needs of our customers and partners Build world-class teams through directional inspiration, empowerment, and engagement Be the public face of the product to recruit talent, retain customers, and sell prospects Contribute to financial planning and analysis for the product line - Develop and manage comprehensive product budgets encompassing staffing, tools, infrastructure, and other operational costs. Conduct pricing analysis and modeling to optimize volume and profitability targets. Analyze return on investment across product development initiatives and portfolio resource allocation. Collaborate with Finance through regular reviews to monitor budget variance, product line revenue and cost performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to influence constructive decisions Continually improve operations and processes to cut out waste and facilitate successful outcomes Invest in smart R&D efforts to ensure future growth and continual technology advancements Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in related field or a combination of education, experience, and superior performance 12+ years of software marketing/product management experience, specifically in the mortgage space 4+ years management experience or a combination of education, experience, and superior performance Expertise in digital engagement as it relates to our product solutions Extensive experience in our product solutions understanding borrower, originator, underwriter and processor expectations; as well as regulatory requirements Deep understanding of how to leverage consumer data to personalize experiences Outstanding written and oral communication skills Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites.
