About the Role: Tubi is looking for a Marketing Director to join our world-class marketing team, leading GTM and integrated campaign strategy for the Tubi consumer audience as we launch our industry-leading AVOD service in the UK.  As the first hire on the marketing team in the UK, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to expand our presence and drive viewer growth and market penetration in a strategically important new market. You will be responsible for big-picture thinking and high-level execution, managing agency partners and maintaining a steady drumbeat of initiatives across brand development, customer acquisition and consumer press. You will also be responsible for helping define team requirements in the UK, working out where the business needs to invest to supplement the core Marketing group based in the US.  This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the Tubi brand in a key new international market. The role is based in London and will report directly to the Global CMO, with a dotted-line into the Managing Director of our International group (based in London).  Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to launch Tubi to new and existing international markets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. Track market trends, competitive landscape and consumer insights to inform our strategy and dimensionalize our consumer segment. Craft strong briefs that will drive consumer awareness, consideration, and intent. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content acquisition, product development, and data analytics to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Work closely with North America marketing teams to adapt global marketing strategies to local markets, taking into account cultural sensitivities, language preferences, and market-specific trends. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.  Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, agencies, local partners, influencers, and media outlets to amplify brand presence. Ideate and lead buzzworthy collaborations with PR, talent, social, and media teams to generate title awareness and effectively impact business goals. Prioritize titles (originals and licensed) that will drive the most consumer impact.  Partner with media, social, and PR to devise a targeted channel strategy based on consumer consumption trends.  Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing marketing team as the business expands. Your Background: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. MBA is a plus. 10+ years of relevant marketing experience in Entertainment, Streaming or Consumer Tech. D2C businesses geared towards Gen Alpha/Gen Z a plus.  Change agent with a thirst for new creative and technology trends. Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies. Proven experience in both brand and growth marketing in a start-up environment. Strong understanding of international markets, including cultural nuances, consumer behavior, and market trends.
